Puss in my baby's penis?

My 15 months baby has some puss or something like it under his penis head skin. His penis doesn't retract yet. I was washing him and trying to clean his penis and this yellow thing started to come out but some it's still there. I'm worried because I don't know what it is or what should I do. It's starting to get red and he complains when I'm trying to pull it back so I can get the head out and clean it up.

It's under the skin that should retract but it's still attached to his penis head. Some of it it's getting kind of hard and on the other side some has come out and leave a little hole between the skin and the head.

I'm just worried because he is a baby. I don't know if it's normal or if there is something I can do or put on.

The skin is not supposed to retract from the head yet, so don't force it.  See a doctor if the whole area is getting angry and red.

You are doing the correct thing in keeping the area clean, sounds like an infection so I would tell you to have the doctor take a look , you may want an anti biotic for him ...
