Allergic to Panties?

My daughter is 28 months and has be potty trained for about 5 months. Since she has been potty trained her bottom is raw, red and has bumps all over it. I thought I was the laundry soap its not. I tried bathing her in different soaps. I have tried everything. I have gone so far as to only put her in cotton panties that are solid white! Her bottom is still terrible and I think now she has developed a yeast infection! She has a dr. appointment Thursday but they do seem to think much about it! What can it be???

I am a respiratory therapist and I have seen allergic reactions to some panties that contain latex in the waistband and leg openings.  Hope that helps!
