my 4 year old has been wakening now for over a year with pains in his legs and feet,and he is in tears with the pain,he has had xrays and blood test done but everything has come back clear,had him back at the doctors again today as he is now complaining that when he goes to the toilet he has a burning sensation

The two may not be connected, he may have a bladder infection, he will need meds for it if he has so take him back again. Get him drinking lots of water to help flush it through.The pains may be growing pains , we here a lot about it now a days ..if it continues ask for further testing ..Good luck
