I have head lice, which spread to pubic region.

I have head lice, which im treating with nix, and my mom combs out my hair with a lice comb every other day, and i dry comb it with the same comb once its been sanitized in between. but one of my hairs, which probably had a louse or nit came in contact with my pubic hair, and i saw eggs and found dead nits so i shave that area, not bald, but almost there. its very flaky down there, and i noticed white things in the opening of the vagina which wasn't on hair but skin. it could of , been flakes or toilet paper fluff, but im not sure. i feel crawling  and biting all over my head near my ears and my body. i dont have bed bugs, we washed the sheets twice since we found out i had lice. i feel itchy and crawling on eyebrows and eyelashes, but no eggs or nits. my forehead has dry skin. i dont want to cut my hair, im worried. P.S I dont have crabs, this happend down there after i found out about my headline.

I had lice on and off for 4 years as a kid and we tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them .

The best thing you can do is lice kits and the combing.
The only thing that worked for me was ALOT of combing . Comb your hair  With the treatments and almost everyday after that for a week at least
. You can also use a really thick conditioner , cover your entire head with it , put on a shower cap and wait for a hour or so ,
then take the cap off and comb for a while .  It should help remove some nits and eggs even days after the treatments .  It's so you soon have to keep reapplying all those harsh chemicals.
Washing everything you can and spraying furniture is also important .  Also spraying bedding then putting it tightly closed in garbage bags kills them (pillows sheets covers stuffed animals , anything cloth or fuzzy )   also do the garbage bag thing for couch pillows too .
As for the pubic lice I am not so sure . But your eyelashes and face could be dry and itchy do to dander or dust mites that the lice may have carried .  My cousin who had lice alot used to pull her eyelashes out because it was so itchy and the problem was cause by a type of mite.   It's really common .
Hope this helps !
Don't be afraid to talk to someone about how to take care of the pubic area . All areas need to be free of the lice or else you will keep getting head lice as well.
