I need some answers

My daughter is 5 yrs old. She has been having abdominal pain, stomach aches for over a year and it is getting worse. She's on 75 mg of zantac twice a day and it doesn't really seem to help. She had an abdominal ultrasound and it came back normal, so they did an upper G.I.  It showed a pelvic mass about 1cm by 1 cm. They did a pelvic ultrasound yesterday and the tech mentioned to the other tech that she thought it was an ovary but when I questioned her she said that she's not allowed to tell anything that she sees. I've searched online and can't find anything on if this is a normal size or not or what ever. Does anyone have any suggestions or answers?

I am so happy and relieved that the pelvic ultrasound came back OK. The "mass" was a machine error of some sort and her ovary is normal. Now if I can get somewhere with the stomach pain, etc......I'm getting a referral for a place downstate as there aren't any pediatric gastroenterologists up where I live.  Making progress makes me a happy mommy.
