Irritating Odour from pant

I have a 6years old dauthter have been notices that  when she pull off her pant there is odour cuming out from her pant, please I dont know what to do. I dont think she as infect because she didnt have intching on her viginal, she bath twice day and I make sure she watch her private part very well with only clean water please help me. thank u I need reply urgently

It is possible for her to have gotten a vaginal infection that manifests as an odor instead of itching, but is it not also possible that you are smelling an odor from her anal area?  In any case, have her see a doctor.

Bacterial infections usually don't itch. It has nothing to do with how often one bathes, however it has a distinct odor. Some would describe it as "fishy", others say it smells similar to bologna.
