Lab Results - Sick 8 month old

I feel like my 8 m.o. son's ped is not listening or not giving correct information.  He had bloodwork drawn and results as follows (we believe to be autoimmune and infection, he is constantly sick):  D.Gliadin Abs IgA 2, D. Gliadin Abs, IgG 1, tTG IgA <2, tTG IgG <2, Endo Anti IgA Negative, Immunogolubulin A, Qn Serum 18, CBC as follows: WBC 10.7, RCB 4.22, Hemoglobin 11.9, Hemotocrit 35.3%, MCV 84, MCH 28.2, MCHC 33.7, RDW 12.8%, Platelets 512 (x10e3), Neutrophils 15%, Lymphs 77%, Monocytes 7%, Eos 1%, Basos 0%, Neutrophils (Abs) 1.6, Lymphs (Abs) 0.8, Eos (Abs) 0.1, Baso (Abs) 0.0, Immature Granulocytes 0, Immature Grans (Abs) 0.0, T4 Free, Direct, S 1.43, TSH 0.879, Sedimentation Rate-Westergren 2, C-reactive Protein/Quant 0.1

Is this of concern with infection or autoimmune issues.  Constant GI issues, vomiting, diarrhea, sloughing of intestinal lining (looked like worms).
