My 4 month Baby has frequent bowel movements

Recently my 4 month old baby has been having very frequent bowel movements. Shes poos immediately after every feeding and now its when she is in the middle of feeding.  Before this she was pooing every 3-4 days..

We recently started her on the rice cereal and sometimes when I dont have enough breast milk we give her formula. The color of her stool also changes from yellowish to greeenish..its goes from seedy to stringy and recently now mucousy.

4 months old maybe a little early for the solid food ie cereal you are giving her 6 months or there- abouts is reccomended,in America , as you are still breast feeding check what you are eating/drinking as that can affect babies digestion. Some cereals are fortified with iron also formula is , so read the package iron can make her stool green. It does sound as if its her food, so maybe check out other types and cut back on cereal for the moment . good luck
