Hm, well. I'm not sure what his is asking. Dystonia is rare and that means odds are, it is not he culprit for most kids with these symptoms. Motor planning can create a situation where a child has trouble walking (as well as other motor movements). That is much more common.
I'm sorry that you've had this experience with dystonia. Sounds like it is impacting your life greatly. As a parent, rare things are . . . well, rare. And thinking the worse often doesn't come to fruition. I wish you the best and hope you find relief.
