My child's triglyceride level is high

need help to understand if I should be worried about my son's elevated triglyceride levels ...its 141 mg/dl ..please guide me what I must do next to reduce it ??

I asked that as sometimes something like diabetes will make cholesterol. high.I would get him on low fat, food, did the doctor not give any ideas /

How old is your son, has he any ailment that may raise the levels what did the Doctor say ?
