My daughter has severe abdominal pain

My daughter (14) has had bad abdominal pain for 3 months this has been along with headaches, joint pain, sickness, dizziness, tiredness, weakness and loss of appetite and weight. She has had bloods done to test for celiac disease which came back that she didn’t have that. She was diagnosed with iron anemia a month after this started but has been taken tablets for that since and has caused no problems. She also had an ultrasound scan which came back clear as well. We went back to a different doctor as she can’t see a pedriactic nurse until the end of August and he said that it could be gastritis although she has been on tablets for a while now and is still in pain. Does anyone have a second opinion starting to fear the worst as hope it is not cancer?
