Need help

My son age 10. He has been having troubling symptoms for one year. If he gets to hot from exercize or fever. He instantly becomes dehydrated. His tempreature may be 100.5 when taken but he feels hot to the touch all over and lethargic like a temp of 102-103. His other symptoms have been ongoing low energy, weight loss, dizziness, nausea and ocasional stomach pain. There are two other symptoms that he has had for a very long time. 1 high yeast problems 2. foul smelling armpits.
Yeast since birth several cases of thrush, extreme diaper/bottom rashes, jock itch, anal itch. Foul armpits since age 6. Took him to DR. and one pediatric specialist now  trying to get in to see someone at Cleveland Clinic which is close to my area. Could use suggestions no one seems to know what to look for.

I will start at the last part of your post, some of the things you describe are normal , children do have 'smelly arm pits' especially as they get towards puberty, most small children and babys get diaper rashes also thrush, and itches , its possible he has had an allergy or his diaper or creams you used on him caused irritation, even wet wipes can, my kids broke out if i used wet wipes they also cause yeast infections .how long has he had the first symptoms you describe , the dizziness, nausea etc ? When you say he gets dehydrated is he drinking plenty of water ,especially when exercising, does he get the symptoms before he has eaten , how is his appetite .Is school going well.. is he happy in himself ?
