Posterior Urethral Valves

I am 20 weeks gestation and my baby boy was diagnosed today with Posterior Urethral Valves.  They said that the amniotic fluid looked pretty good though.  I am so worried because I have read horror stories of babies not surviving or having to have kidney transplants later in life.  What should I do next?  Is there anything I as a mother can do to help my baby?
