Premature Adrenarche symptoms

My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with premature adrenarche this passed dec.  We went to an endo. and he diagnosed her and said he didn't need to see her anymore and there was nothing he could do for her.  She shows signs of high anxiety and has for a long time now.  I have been told this is a common side effect.  Also her flexibility has gotten worse. She practices Yoga and use to be very flexible, was able to put her feet behind her head etc.  now she has a hard time sitting indian style without it hurting.  She has also been complaining about her hips hurting and other joints.  Is this a common side effect from Premature Adrenarche?  She has an advanced bone age, and will be having another bone age scan tomorrow to see if she has grown anymore.  She has pubic hair and axuliary hair.  she also has skin issues such as acne and black heads as well as oily hair.
She is very thin and know that it is important to keep her body mass index as low as possible.  Our pediatrician has never asked for us to come in, so no one seems to keeping their eye on her measurements and getting questions answered is impossible.  Please help.  any info I can get I would appriciate.  Thanks

I forgot...where did you hear the connection to anxiety??  That is something we struggle with so much and noone has ever said that it is a symptom of PA or Precocious Pub.

First of all, I am just as frustrated and confused as you are!  My daughter is 7 yrs. 3 months.  We have been going to endo. specialist since last Sept.  3rd visit was March.  They never said she is precocious puberty but maybe premature adrenarche.  Bone scan at chron. age 6yr. 8 m was 7 years 3 months....but March bone age was 8 years 10 months to 10 years old.  She grew almost 2 years bone age in 6 months and no one seems concerned.  The only concern the doctor did note was a 7 pound weight gain in 3 months...we are active and not sure what happen.

My daughter has ALWAYS had body odor...even as an infant she smelled of onions.  Pubic hair is not curly and we trim underarm hair with the facial hair trimmer.  I just recently discovered I am Vit. D exteremly low as well as my sister and my neice.  My sister had early breast cancer at age 38 and is right at 5 foot tall.  We have a cousin with PCOS which I mentioned at our last appt..with no reaction.

also I would like to add to this that she has also had extensive ummm gas lately.  The more I read the more confused I get.  I have read that premature adrenarche shows no other signs than curly pubic hair and auxiliary hair.  my daughters pubic hair is not curly?  and she has had acne and black heads for a few years now.  Do you think she might have been misdiagnosed and does anyone have any ideas for me.  The joint stiffness is really concerning me, because I have not seen any thing regarding joint pain and stiffness with premature adrenarche.  I know that it is common with PCOS, which I know PA can lead to.  I am just confused and would like to talk to someone who has a child going through the same thing.

Did you ever find answers?  My daughter is having remarkably similar symptoms.  Early pubarche (but no other early puberty signs) and joint stiffness along with anxiety and some stomach pains, fatigue, etc.
