Premature adrenarche in toddler

Mommyto3coolkids
2 yr old daughter(preemie) with premature adrenarche(extreme body odor) and 1 year advanced bone age. Hormone levels normal except DHEA is twice the normal/high range. What could cause this so early? Has anyones toddler gone through this. Waiting on dr referral to endo.
