Regarding low Hb

I have a 3 month daughter. She was born premature and her hb level was 7 at birth. So we did blood transfusion. But after 2 month, her Hb again fell to 5. We again did blood transfusion. Now after 3 weeks after again her Hb is going down. We are unable to find out reason for the same. Her rectic count was 6 during 2nd month but 0.1 now. Also plalete count was low before but now its over 350000. Please advice what to do. Doctors say bone marrow is not functioning due to blood transfusion but will start automatically once Hb falls below 7. Awaiting ur reply. Thanks

Did he give any drops , is she breast feeding or bottle ..I think you would be best asking further questions from the Doctor .I have been looking on our forums and we actually dont have one for hb or anemia ,we do have a blood disorders forum ,,Someone may have better advice on there .Good luck hope you get some answers soon.
