Toddler seizures eye rolling back

My daughter just turned two last week. A couple days ago she was fine them I took her to To the store and all of a sudden she started to have a seizure out of no where. Didn't have a fever or anything so they took her on the ambulance she was not hot or anything. They after getting a iv they took a rectal temp and had a 104 temp. So they have her medicine and sent her home and said all of her test came back fine. Well later that night she was sleeping with me and woke up from a dead sleep and started to have another seizure so I took her back to the emergency room. And she ment haunted a fever. So they sent her home. Now she has been fine back to her old self but favor her seizure. She has been rolling her eyes in the back of her head. She never used to do this now she does it all the time like every couple mins. The doctors seem to think nothing is wrong with her but she never used to do that. Tell after she had her seizures. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Yeah they keep saying it was a fever seizure  because she has had one before. But the one she had before she had a little bit of a fever then it spiked and she had a seizure. But this time she was fine running around acting fine . Then all of a sudden she had a seizure. And she didn't have a fever tell after they tried to put I iv in a hour later. But even then was not even hot. Then we she had her seizure at night we went back to the er and she didn't even have a fever. And now she has been fine but when she's tired she rolls her eyes in the back of her head like all the time. And never did that tell after her seizures.
