baby has fever

My soon will be 3 months tomorrow and he has a fever I don't know if i should be worried or if I'm just being paranoid. On Wednesday he had a temp of 99.6 it went away that night then last nighty he started running a fever again it is ranging from 100.4 -101.4 I have given him Tylenol it only seems to drop it .1 of a degree. He has no other symptoms except he has been more fussy and very sleepy should i call Dr. or wait and deer off he gets better

I agree with Mary you are not being paranoid at all I would talk to your Pediatrician Dr. .
Your baby could be teething already also My kids started way early But thats just a guess without more info. I would ask Dr. good luck and please let me know what dr. says :)

I don't think you are being paranoid I think you are a concerned mom for her child..It is possible that more symptoms are yet to come ..however I would always say with a small child that if a mom has concern for her child she does get her  child checked out .If he is still having a fever in the morning speak to your doctor ...good luck
