Hi. My son 5years old he got ataxia when he was at age four now I began stem cell treatment they told me that steroid may make the cure more effected but the dose shall specify by steroids specialist which we don't have in Iraq can you give us advise about the type and dose(small,simple dose) of steroids for my kid.

Hello, welcome. This is a complex question probably best answered by your treating physician.  Are you going to have the steriods mailed to you?  Do you know which one yet?  You may need a prescription to get the steroids mail order.  Please let me know any further information.
