diaper rash with red bumps and white heads

My one-year-old has two large red bumps in her diaper.  One had a whitehead on it and it burst.  It bled in her diaper.  Now there is one right beside it and after a couple of days it is beginning to form a white head.  They swell as if they are blisters or mosquito bites.  She has three tiny little red white heads on the other side.  Do you have any idea what I need to do or what is it?

has she had any new creams put on that may cause an allergy rash ? has she any fever , stomach upset?has she been sat anywhere where there may have been any ants ..
