my 3 yr old has developed pubic hair

at 18 months old my daughter developed really strong body odour, i took her to my gp who told me to start using roll on deodorant.. which we have been doing ever since... she is now 3 and we have noticed she has a fair bit of dark pubic hair... a few under her armpit and her boobs have started to bud... we took her back to our gp and she is refering her to see a pediatric doctor... she is 3 and a half and is in clothes size 5-6 and has a shoe size 11... she isnt an overweight child she is in proportion... when they did all the weight and height chart she is right at the top... im so worried, although im hopin they will get to the bottom of her problem... i suffer with psos, and had to have chlomid to concieve my eldest.. but caught naturally on my 2nd and 3rd child.. she is my 3rd... i will keep you all informed of her results in hope i can help someone else.. x

Thank you for taking the time to reply... I did read the forums and noticed my little girl had the same symptoms.. As I said we are at the beginning of what could be a long proccess.. I will keep posting her journey hopefully to help others.. I did notice most children were a little older than her but I'm hoping it will be sorted ASAP x
