normal or abnormal penis size???

               i'm kenji and i'm 11 year old and i'm worried my father wants me to be circumcised but i'm scared to be insulted because my penis is very , very short and if it's flaccid it stays inside my body if it's erect it sticks out like a sore thumb and from the nearest to the farthest part it's increasing it's size i'm worried i want to be circumcised tomorrow but i'm scared because of it's size please answer fastly if you can , please answer until 11:00 pm in the philippines i'm totally frustrated please , please answer me.......
