rash around nose in 5 week old

My 5 week old has developed a rash around her nose & it has seemed to spread up her face to her eyes. I am breastfeeding & supplementing & think it may be due to something I may have come in contact with on my breasts. I have been putting Aquaphor on it to keep it from becoming dry & irritated. Is there anything I can do to clear it up? It looks kind of bad.

It doesn't look like baby acne... it looks like a rash & it's gotten worse. My 5 yr old daughter & myself both have ezcema & it has the same rash-like look as that. Instead of it staying confined, it seems to have moved closer to her top lip & up her nose to her eyelids but nowhere else.

Hi, Sounds like she has baby acne, very common its from the mothers hormone.  Should clear itslef in a few weeks
