red testicles on one year old boy

My one year old sons testicles are red. I cannot tell if they are swollen or are causing him any pain or discomfort. I noticed this at his last diaper change around 9 pm.

No its located only on his testicles. I kept putting the nystatin creme and baby powder and its already looking better

Look carefully at them to make sure there is nothing wrapped around them like a hair or a thread, and then try the rash treatment that margypops suggests. If they get worse by tomorrow, or if the baby acts uncomfortable, then take him to the pediatrician.

Could be a rash, maybe keep some cream or vaseline on him as a precaution against diaper rash , has he got an anywhere else on his body ?
