sons scrotum swollen

hello,
for the last couple of days my 6 year old son has been going to the beach. This morning he said his penis was hurting. When I looked at it I saw the the line on the scrotum was swollen and one spot looked like puss could come out. Please help!!

he may also have got a bite off the beach, sand flies or something ..if you saw an area puss could come out is there a head to the spot?

I would take him to the doctor but wouldn't panic maybe your son has had sand in his bathers and it has rubbed his skin which would hurt him poor little man. I think it probably is just sand but you should check. Hope this helps good luck
