sterilising water for badys bottle

I have a four week old bady girl and i am traveling to united arab emrites in a few weeks time, do i use bottle water to make up babys feeds as there tap water is not drinkable.

I would boil watrer when you can ,I am not certain of the bottled water there but it may be okay better ask someone with knowledge of Baby products and milk ,
