DRINK BONE BROTH to heal your LEAKY GUT

google and youtube videos for more information

no more bone broth protein powder for me !!

I am now drinking bone broth daily to heal my leaky gut . Just ordered the bone broth diet cookbook to begin making my own in a slow cooker.

Until then will continue buying organic chicken bone broth.

Happy weekend guys and God Bless always!

Agree. From what I heard bone broth contains a lot of glutamine. If it's true, that's really good.

Hi jon3456

Yes to bone broth for healing our leaky gut !

check out the many youtube videos , that tell the healing properties of bone broth.

Bone broth actually contains glutamine!

so for me , no need to get the brand of protein powder that I bought , which lists  bone  broth
as an ingredient.

I want the real deal !

God's best to you always !

Amen.  I would only eat real bone broth.  I don't trust powdered bone broth.  The real stuff is so healing!

Thanks grateful2011 for the tip. I was looking into healing my leaky gut as well in the past using glutamine powder. Didn't help as much. Will try the broth this time. You reckon the broth protein powder would hold the same amount of amino acids?

John3456,

L-Glutamine will only heal the gut if the candida and pathogens are done damaging the gut wall.  So you have to kill them first THEN heal.  Drinking bone broth the entire time will help the entire process.  <3
