How do you feel about your body image ?

I recently read an article linking Body Dysmorphia and PATM , the sufferer from the disease in the article took psychiatric medication and the symptoms dramatically reduced / disappeared.

It is a constant state of panic. If they try to leave the panic state the PATM goes down. You can cheat that state temporarily and psychiatric relaxant pills do just that, relax the mind and body. But the difficult thing is to eliminate the state of panic without drugs, sometimes you do not realize yourself that you are in a state of panic, in fact for X reason you are relaxed and it turns out that everything is calm around you but you hardly notice the PATM come back and you get restless, you have to know how to control. It is my understanding, of course, I am not saying that is that.
