I guess it's actually body odor.

i am considering taing a surgery,which remove the sweet glands in armpit and groin area.

Please don't get this surgery. All of us with PATM seem to have some difficulties with body odor from some reason, but that isn't what is causing people to react, I can assure you.

Look into buying a natural deodorant without and harsh chemicals or metals. Also, for me, cutting down on dairy really reduced my body odor.

Do not ever do such a surgery your body needs these glands to regulate and function

What made you to arrive at that conclusion?

But that won't stop your skin from breathing so there is a chance that it won't help
