I need advice in telling my boyfriend about me having PATM.

I don't even know where to start....It hurts so much mentally. He's been having reactions to me and it is making me pull away. All of my relationships I drifted away, because they were getting more "allergic" to me. I'm so disconnected from people. I've been suffering with PATM for over 10 years....

How do I even broach the topic to him?

Answer this question first. Do you really want to tell him? If so, then honesty is the only option. It's no guarantee that he'll stay with you after he learns the truth, but if you want it out in the open then that's a good place to start.

I don't really want to tell him. I prefer to just try to ignore it, but it's weighing on me. He'll forever look at my differently after it. I'm just ranting I guess....
I've been where you are at. If I had the knowledge then that I do now then some of my past relationships would of turned out differently. The best advice that I can give you is either do the candida diet or a vegetarian one. Both are difficult,  but they will rob your body of sugar and caffeine that feed what we have. If you stick with it you'll notice a difference within a week or two and people's reactions to you will decrease. It works, but like I said before, it's not easy. Feel free to p.m. me if you need help or advice.

I'll text you eventually. I suggest not putting your number out in public though. You can direct message people to do that.
