I think i found a great remedy for PATM

So the past 2 weeks I was having a really hard time with PATM, and I stumbled upon this tincture called bitter juices by urban moonshine through amazon. I decided to purchase it and received it on Tuesday afternoon. I’ve been taking it since the moment I received it and I’ve honestly noticed a big difference. It has a really strong pungent smell and on top of that it has a lot of alcohol in it which annoys me. So I take it with me to work but what I do is I take it to the bathroom with me and Ill drink like a teaspoon of it. I wait a few minutes and then I brush my teeth to take away that alcohol smell.  Anytime I feel my stomach is about to rumble I drink a teaspoon of it and it stops. It def hasn’t cured the patm completely but it def has decreased it. I’m able to function better at work and I feel great. This tincture is supposed to help with the indigestion, bloating, relieves gas, optimizes digestive function. The bitters also support heathy liver function. Another thing I’ve been doing is Ill sleep with socks that are stuffed in garlic. I have no idea if that has been helping but that’s what I’ve been doing. I’ll keep you guys posted on this but so far so good. I feel great today. Definitely better than I did before I started taking the tincture.

Interestingly enough you mention alcohol, when I drink alcohol I find the effects of PATM to be most limited, if drunk then seem to be non-existent.

Drinking alcohol usually makes peoples reactions worse around me, especially the following day. But I do notice that when I drink alcohol, I tend to care less of how other people react around me.  But even though the tincture I bought does have a little bit of alcohol in it, the herbs in the tincture is whats helping my stomach settle so therefore minimizing others peoples reactions around me.

I agree with FindaCure. Alcohol usually aggravates whatever causes PATM. I tend to care less about the reactions, but they are definitely still there.
