Life without patm....

My life without patm....I've learned a few things over the past few years where patm had run rampant with me. My max. No. Of days without patm is 30 days. I would not even be compelled to visit this site as it didn't exist with me. Initially I have thought it was a 'bad breath' issue as I was obsessing about it so much and believing on it 100% creating a different world for me where I was certain I did have bad breath in response to comments and the obvious reactions. But the comments no longer come, only reactions. So it's led me to believe otherwise. As the subtitle suggests, my life without patm hence I will in short describe how life was presenting itself during the 30 day mark. Also our subconscious is our conscious. It's just been made a subset due to the fact we have trauma or other influence induced hence evaluate it a long and distant way from us but really it's all a part of us.
These are few things you might want to try over the coming days to feel alittle less inundated by patm.
- do the tasks that you want to with your day. Do not be swamped or reluctant due to patm.
- find out what you are thinking by listening to what stuff crosses your mind. This could be anything. Example, 'i have a sharp pain in my head', 'i can't breathe', 'i feel breathless' etc.
- feel happiness. Find happiness by doing things and find out out about yourself and what you enjoy.
- what is your mind telling you? Don't block it out. I did this alot and it is extremely damaging.
