My story about patm, and how it all disappeared

Hi guys, my patm started late last year after an unexplainable incident, if you want to hear about the incident please pm me on ***@****. I first freaked out with all the craziness happening around me, and instantly thought there must be wrong with my mental, or I'm cursed due to what I've done. After few experiments, finding some jobs, talking to friends, going to social gatherings. I came to a conclusion that everyone seems to notice something different about me, and the best I could do is to adjust to it (since there seems to be no way to go back to pre-patm).

Here are few tips that will help you get rid of the symptoms.

1. Try to relax and breathe deep.
2. Maintain your focus on what you are doing.
3. Keep this in mind, when you are doing something wrong people will tell you.
4. Go out and enjoy, love yourself and others.
5. Try not to observe others

One theory why i believe we feel there's "no way back to pre-patm"is an underlying anxiety we have. It's so pervasive so we have come to live with it. But people are smart animals and can pick up on anxiety, surely even more unconcious anxieties. Maybe this is why everyone seems to notice something different about you. I know I had some anxiety issues (mainly social, which is why it can be hard to be around people) that I never dealt with even before patm started. I do believe such high anxieties prolonged effects how the body works, especially the digestive system. i sucked in my gut to look slimmer, maybe halting digestive processes? Combine this with a love of all the bad foods, and its easy to see how the body could take on something like a candida overgrowth, and potentially other issues in the gut. Leading potentially to depression and anxiety, and brain fog (major issue i suffered but getting better now) to further aggravate the problem. This is the angle i'm approaching this thing now anyways! Your tips are great those practices have provided me the most relief so far, it's true.
Another huge tip I have for some people who struggle with this, is don't keep it a secret. I told nobody for 4 years and from age 20-24 and once i started to tell a few people I trust, a lot of anxiety was lifted, and is so worth it. I know not everyone has this issue, but I definitely did so probably some others too. Stay strong!
