PATM, how to be sure you have it and how to deal with it?

Hi, I finally started thinking about my situation today and this is when I tumbled onto patm.  I'm an 18 years old female. When I was twelve right after I started puberty I developed a very stinky smell  my armpit, and for that I was bullied and critized I also lost a lot of my friends. As I live on a small island everyone from kids to grown up knew about my condition and they all showed their distaint and it was very hurtful.

So, I decided to try everything to get rid off it and it worked , I did not smell it anymore and I asked my mother, my sister and the few friends I had left, people that I knew would be honest with me and they said they did not smell anything.

However, everytime  they or any other person would sit next to me or a few feet away from me, they would sneeze, sniff, clear their throats or cough. This made me feel like I smelled bad and I would run to the toilet and check if I can smell anything and I wouldn't and it upset me a lot that I did not know what was wrong or how to fix it.

I have inherited my family's depression genes and for a while I thought I was going crazy and I had moods swings. My mom and sister was worried about me. They couldn't really understand me because they did not know what I was going through.

People look at me like I'm dirty and they talk about me and the saddest part is I have tried every trick in the book to stay clean and live right.

I have isolated myself from people, I stay in and leave only for school or very important events that I must go to. For me school is a total nightmare. I have not ever had a boyfriend as I have always thought of myself to be the lowest form of being, that doesn't deserve happiness, thus I have kept myself for myself. I hate meeting new people.

Most of the time I have this killer headache that makes me want to cry.I hate making people sneeze and cough. It is not fun. Do you think I have patm And if I do, how do I deal with it.

Thanks.

To begin, mature! Apparently you sabotage yourself by saying that "you are less", how do you rate yourself? Do not you deserve to live? Did you do something wrong? Do not be silly, accept and confront little by little. I know it's difficult, but it all depends on you, if you get upset about people sneezing and coughing the PATM will be worse, you just have to accept the condition and every time they sneeze they cough up a little towards them, if someone talks to you and then he looks at you with an angry face, you, you just have to be relaxed and confident with a smile on your face, you have to face it, it's the only way to diminish the PATM effect. I repeat, I know it's difficult, but you do not have another one, unless you want to commit suicide.

If you cough up your classroom coughing, just take courage to ask a minute of dialogue to the teacher and go to your classmates asking them if they feel any smell or something, as questions on the street, ...... ...
