People Are Allergic To Me (PATM)

People are allergic to me. And a lot of other people around the world are suffering from this condition. Doctors do not beleive the reports, and most of them claim that we are crazy but we all know that we're far from being crazy. This condition causes so much heartache and stress. I have sent emails to CDC, NIH and WHO with no help. Would you please address this issue?

OK - *NATURAL* REMEDIES TO CALM THE NERVES

* chamomile supplements have proven to work, even with anxiety disorder.
* Green tea :o  but as few as 5 - 20 cups to have any effect.
* Hops - because they're so bitter, used as an extract - in conjunction with:
* Valerian - a natural herb sedative approved in Germany for medical uses. Found in your local herb shop. Often combined with chamomile, hops and lemon balm for anti anxiety.

* People who take 600mg lemon balm extracts are more relaxed and much more calm than those who had taken the placebo. Sold as a tea or capsule.

* The 21 MINUTE CURE:  how long it takes exercise to reliably reduce anxiety. Maybe cycle to work? Or at lunch, go to the gym? Spend 20 - 30 minutes in an activity that gets your heart racing.

* PASSIONFLOWER - the most effective natural herb for the nerves, approved by German scientists to treat anxiety. Doesn't need to be used in conjunction with other herbs.

* Lavender - intoxicating but very safe aroma. Studies show it reduces anxiety in General Anxiety Disorder patients. Other German studies show it reduces anxiety (in lavender supplements) as much as valium, prescription drugs for anxiety.

* Andrew Weil MD classic yoga *4 - 7 - 8  breath*, holding it in

... inhale through the nose for 4; hold breath for 7, exhale through the mouth for 8 counts. repeat 4 times twice a day.

* Make sure you're not starving/ depriving yourself

* Eat Omega 3s

* stop catastrophizing.. similar to what PATMDies was suggesting, is this going to be the worst day ever, or am I going to be comfortable?
Will it explode into chaos? Or will there likely be one cough, as i'm in a good mood  , and i can deal with it.
This is a big part of negative thinking.. Making a catastrophe movie out of our lives. Try to see the gray areas in between.

* A sauna - being in a sauna can make you extremely relaxed

* Be around nature, have you heard of those forest baths?
If not itunes has an ap worth its weight in gold with every relaxing sound you can think of.. including rushing water, forest sounds, meditation bells and 1000s of others. Very useful! I have this myself..

You're very clever girlaghast. I agree entirely about the nervous state produced itself by worrying that you're doing things right, e.g the breathing exercises.

I had to get a little self help off the internet how to deep breathe. It really helped. I tend to breath in without raising my chest at all, making the air go as low as it can possibly be felt in the stomach; holding my breath for 4 seconds with straight shoulders; then letting go of the breath in little flowing waves, through my mouth, letting the air out from deep in the stomach last.

Also there's this thing i read 21 natural remedies for anxiety - involved things like green tea, practicing deep breathing, 21 minute instant work out for instant stress relief, as well as over the counter remedies - which used in conjuction help to calm the nerves... will try to find the link.

Something tells me also, some higher power or guardian angel has finally come to our aid.

the saying the postive workds like..i feel myself perfect ..i am so beautiful are just words that help..it wll be most helpful that you feel that way everysecond of your consciousness.it's llike feeling good. Hard but hey why would we focus on hard things in our lives when we have the toughest of all. Even if there are hardest you must worry  about aside from the patm reactions..need to make everysecond of consciousness feeling vibrant and beautiful inside. its lifting our spirits .

its tht superdependent on our psychological state..or nerve state.. its so automatic.. but its really hard to stay relaxed all the time.specially when your working. Or a worrier person. so maybe practising patmdies suggestion again and again...someday it will not be that hard. I've felt that our gaurdian angels are talking to us through patmdies..God is seeing us and His helping us through. try putting the things patmdies have said you need to say to yourself..Write it down in a piece of paper in pentelpen/boardpen so you can say it more oftenly and to remmber to do it everynow and then. and if your use to reminding yourself you wouldnt have to look at the paper often...try writing it down the way patmdies says it........its really calms my nerves.not yet trie'd outside just in our house...but i see my dad stop itching his nose when i think of "everything is alright" . the nerves are their gravity source to spread out in the air..so i think. but probably see for yourself.. ill do more observation. but try not to do observation so tiringly..because again the nerves gets gullible again.

Heya, so you've experienced after when someone coughs around you, if you stay positive the coughing just goes away ? Me too...

I agree in that it's some kind of nervous traveling energy.. exactly like in the animal kindgom. The reactions are real, we cause half of them, because of an unseen nervous energy?

Thank god humans are smart and we can learn how to calm such nervous energy :)
