The way i understand this Patm

Hi all patm buddies, I'm not writing this to discourage anybody . just my opinions on how I understand our situation . I have been a sufferer for almost 12 years now and all what I can say here is that we may accept the fact that we may live with this condition forever. The damage to our body is permanent, nothing can cure it unless only relieve it. I'm not discouraging you on taking supplements , but I can say is you might end up poisoning your body even more by trying to fix something that is unfixable. Its a permanent damage that can't be repaired. Guys all what I can say is, let's just accept to live with this, its not our fault or maybe it is. But the way I see this its like somebody lost sight, the same. Let's just stay positive, eat healthy when we can and live our life. Try to find somebody who understands and support you, this is very import and as it gives you extra energy and keep you positive. Take your supplements guys but don't over do it hoping to be free one day, it is a permanent damage and whether you bileave me or not it is, and nothing can change it, unless you replace the whole body with new parts if possible. Until next time, allios amigos!

Let me be honest with you. The reason why you had PATM for 12 years is that. You lost hope, never fight back. Always focusing the negative side, and believing the fact that you will never find a cure. And that is for the people that will actually live with PATM FOREVER. I swear this forum is full  of people that think they have this EXAMPLE CANDIDA, TMAU, and every crap u can think of. What you believe is what becomes manifested in reality. So keep poisoning your brain saying patm is permenant and discouraging everyone else, cause your just gonna get yourself into cancer.:)

Hey defeatedpatm, we need more people like you on this forum. You tell it like it is. The mind is a very powerful tool. Just remember that.  Focus on building your natural inner dialogue up. Talk to yourself to find yourself. I feel our inner dialogue is very small or very much messed up if you will. We project our thoughts out to people. That needs to stop. Also let me tell you this - it's nice not to feel fearful.
Oh I've had patm over 10 years and I still stand strong on hope. I won't give up. For me to be patm free takes alot of talking to myself, otherwise I'm talking my thoughts out to everyone else. I've felt fearful and negative when patm comes in practice. But when all that subsides it's pleasant. Feel good factor. No particular fear.
Take a good careful look at your thoughts. What are they saying. And to whom. What are you feeling? A sensation of floating? Like a buoy in water? Take it slow and analyse what is going on for you. Are you in a state of panic, rushing everything? Are you breathing in a natural sense? Are you withholding your breathing?
We don't have a great inner voice - more of an outer voice. You have to build that up for yourself.
I have alot of people who understand patm (not patmers) and ask how they can help. They can see my suffering and struggle and (even though they are not purposely coughing, it's an instant reflex) they still want to help and believe patm is a realistic condition. I still live my life as regular even though patm Is a thought that get outplayed.
I think that most important - to live as regular as possible. To still have a good healthy comfortable satisfactory living life.
sorry, defeated, some of us really do have tmau and have the medical results to prove it (along with sibo, etc.)

Sorry I can't give up hope and just live with it, that is a defeatist attitude.  I will continue to live with it but hope for a cure and attempt to find one.

There is nobody on this forum who can tell you he/she completly eliminated patm, even my GOOD FRIEND HOPEFULL123 IS STILL FIGHTING TMAU, THAT I THINK IS ALSO PART OF PATM. If somebody out there who can say he is completely cured, he may come on board. I tell you no1

You also part of those that are saying patm is a mental disorder, or whachu mean fighting back mentally? The fact is nobody here on this forum was cured, they all just get better. You know patm have some good days that sometimes you think its gone, this may last for week or even a month. Just to be surprised again.   I'm not discouraging anybody on fighting but what I'm saying is patm is a permanent damage to the body that can't be fixed, we may just accept to live with this forever..

If you believe for 12 years that you have this disease and it's fact in your life , i can agree with you that you can't make it disappear.by reading all post here i noticed that, the only people who cured this are people who had this for few months or max a year and decide not to give up like you and fight back mentally
