What do you think of a "TH1 TH2 Switch" ?

Hey, I've certainly read some articles about a "TH1 TH2 Switch" Do you think it could has something to do with PATM?

Normally the immune system can change between a TH2 TH1 dominance to fight special invaders but there are some microbes (e.g. bartonella/candida) which can prevent this exchange of TH1/TH2 dominances. The consequences are suppressed immune functions (tiredness/dizzyness/multiple infections without symptoms etc)
