Will you ask your family or lover to help you to fight against PATM ?

Will you ask your family or lover to help you to fight against PATM, or just keep silent and pretend nothing has happened if they say nothing?

I don’t know whether I should confess to my parents and lover that I had this diseases. They never attribute their cough and sneeze to me. But I felt so guilty and too hard to take it by myself. I hope people around me understand I am suffering a terrible illness. And I want them to stand with me to fight against this disease. But I am afraid they can’t understand me and also feel lose them. Do any have any suggestions?

My suggestion is dont feel bad that other people are bothered affected negatively by your scent. People seem to not help these problems and its easy and they should . eye on the prize . your own home and freedom to battle the patm.
They could report you to psychiatrys.
