29 y/o PAD patient

I am a 29 year old female diagnosed with P.A.D. The femoral arteries are 90% blocked. I have had blood tests for lipids, factor 5, you name it- nothing. My cholesterohl is 170. I am concerned that my P.A.D. could be a side effect of a greater medical problem, not just the problem itself. Any suggestions on a diagnosis or a Dr in the Pa/NY/NJ area that can help me?
