Electrical feeling in legs while resting/sleeping

Hi, I'm suffering from electrical shots feeling in my legs and hands since I had a severe bilateral muscle cramp episode which lasted more than 10 minutes (3 months ago). This feeling usually starts when resting and sleeping and I need to have medication at bedtime to be able to sleep and prevent spasms (Carbamazepine combined with Diazepam). MRI turned to be normal and still don't have a clear diagnose. I would like to know if any of you are suffering for the same symptoms and if have a diagnose. Also, which are the self-care recommendations for these symptoms?

Sometimes I usually get a electrical ice feeling pulsing through my legs when going on a big walk or my leg(s) at night feel like they are anxious and won't rest. This is only some of the symptoms of my many clinical peripheral nerve hyperexcitability, had blood test done which showed nothing in results. My PNH was cause be injury and hypertension to right arm. Hope this helps somehow.
