What can I do for tingling and numbness in feet?

I had herniated disc surgery years ago and have had some numbness in my right leg,, which is some what better but I still have numbness, tingling and pins and needles sensation in both feet.  I know that the circulation is bad but I don't know what to do for it.  Is there anything I can do to improve my circulation in my legs and feet?  Any vitamins or supplements I can take?  Any information would be great!
