Are there any non surgical treatments for fat necrosis after breast surgery

Does anyone know of any non surgical treatments (ie injectable) for reducing fat necrosis mass after breast surgery?

Hi, let me know how you get on please. Do know what the injection was? steriod?

I have the same problem.  I had breast reduction 6 mths ago and have developed what seems to be fat necrosis.  My ps injected me 2 weeks ago into one of my nipples 3 times.  He told me to come back in 1 mth and we would see how it worked and look at the the other 2 areas I have.
