Neck rash

My daughter is just over 4 months and I noticed after her bath today that in one of he neck creases it was really red. I always make sure it's clean and dry, she was drolling a lot and changed her shirt a couple times today. I noticed their wad a lot of fuzz and what not before her bath assuming from her sweater. Any thing I can do to help this? It's not ozzing or anything just red in one crease.

I think polysporin is the same as neosporin just like generic.

Ok sounds good:)  thanks for the advice!
What about polysporin too? And I seem online that lanolin cream ( cream for dry cracked nipples) works too?

Hi, my 4 month old baby girl was exactly the same in her little creases under her neck and arm pits.
If it looks cracked try sudocrem to help heal it then after every bath/wash try a little dab of talcum powder to keep it dry it really helps. Good luck.

My baby has that on occasion when he's too hot. I just put neosporin on it & it goes away.
