just curious

ey ladies, I check this forum every day and there's almost no activity so lets share some info, I think my baby gains weight to fast and I wanted to know how old is your baby and how much he/she weights, my son is 2 months and 1 week old, he weights already 14 pounds, I'm breastfeeding him, was born with average weight 7lb 10oz, I know that babies r different and gain weight differently, I'm just curious how much your babies weight.
Thank you !

@lovi151: the inner pains can be there for long time, or not if u get lucky, I had very easy first pregnancy but second was harder just because of the incision, it was very painful especially in the end from stretching probably but every person and every pregnancy is different, some have pain some don't, I wish u fast recovery my dear!

lovi151 I think your son is doing fine on weight gain, being born 2 pounds less than average and weight 10 at 2 months is great, see other babies were born average weight and they weight 11 pounds on 2 or 3 months check up, so don't worry dear, he's gaining fine.

Hi ladies! My son was born in 37 weeks and he was 5lbs 8oz and on his 8 weeks check up he was weighing 10lbs 2oz. I am giving him breast feed n formula both. I know he was on borderline of weight and doctor told me to give extra care to him u mean feed on demand but he doesn't like eating he is still on 2oz in every 3 hours sometimes he takes 3oz but sometimes only 1oz and breast feed us hard to measure so m not sure if his weight gain is doing well. Any suggestions????

My baby at 3 month check weighed 11 lbs 12 oz I've only given him breastmilk pumped or directly from breast. He was born 7 lb 12 oz and he left hospital weighing 7 lbs 1 oz.

That's interesting how babies born slightly larger weight less, I feed him on demand also and he wakes up at night 2-3 times, I can only imagine how much he's going to weight  at 4 months check up.

My daughter is almost 6 months but I don't have a current weight on her. At her four month checkup she was 15lbs which was in the 93rd percentile. She is only breastfed.

My now 10 year old weighed 16lbs at 2 months old and I got reprimanded for that. He too was ebf. My now 13 year old was my smallest and at 6 months old weighed 14lbs. I breastfed him until he was 6 months and then switched to formula due to production problems.

By one year old both boys were in the low to mid 20s for weight which is right where they were supposed to be.

Hey I breastfeed and give formula and my son is 3 months and he was born weighing 8.4 oz and now weighs 13 pounds. He seems to gain weight slow but he is long and skinny.
