I was diagnosed with POfF(premature Ovarian Failure) and never had periods for 2 years but suddenly things got improving and I started having my cycles , not normal though.

Earlier my hormal level were in menoposal range since last five years , but suddendly they were back to normal in November this year.

I had my periods twice or thrice and  then started having brownish discharge. My doctor has rulled out any possibilty of cyst. I also got utrasound done for the same thrice..but nothing was detected....

Are your cycles normal?  I have had brown discharge before, but my periods have almost never been normal. Any chance you might have a cyst or PCOS? I hope not, but if your periods aren't normal, you should get checked for it.  Well, get checked regardless, if you're worried; better safe than sorry. Talk to your doctor when you have concerns.  It wouldn't be anything to worry about, but at least you know what's going on and your doctor can take the right approach.
