Does anybody have very mild PCOS?

I'm 23, and went to a new doctor for a checkup (with bloodwork) yesterday. I have mild/moderate acne, and haven't had a clear face since I was 11 years old. I started tracking my periods 18 months ago, and realized they're very irregular: cycles range from 22 to 35 days, and last anywhere from 3-9 days. I have no idea if they were irregular before, and I just didn't notice; but even though they're unpredictable, I've never missed a month.  I have no other symptoms: I don't have excessive body/facial hair, I'm not overweight, and my hair (on my head) is A-ok.
My bloodwork showed that my FSH/LH levels were a little whacky, so that combined with the acne/irregular periods is why my dr. suspects PCOS. She'll give me a pelvic ultrasound in a couple weeks to confirm.

Until then, my question is: does anybody else here have such a mild case of PCOS? If yes, how has it affected your life, if at all?
