Help Please!

Hello I'm new here can anyone help? I'm 22 and have just been told I have PCOS. I have Hersuitism and don't know what to do about it. I am allergic to hair removal creams, waxing, and shaving gives me a rash. I've also had DVT so the doctors won't give me anti testostorone drugs. Any Ideas what I can do?

Im so sorry, I also had PCOS when I was 16. I never got my period and I started growing hair on my face. They discovered the PCOS and I had them removed. I eventually got a normal period, but the hair growth has never stopped but got worse. Ii am 43 now. Got pregnant both times on the first try so that was not an issue but the hair growth on my face is so embarrassing. I am like the freaky bearded lady in the circus. My darling husband does not mind at all and is very supportive. I wish there was something out there for us. I have tried everything also. I cannot afford Laser and insurance wont pay for it. I have tried The new prescription cream advertised on TV, it begins with an A. But that did not even work. So I have to shave every day and I even get the 5 o clock shadow. People can be so mean too, stangers will come up to me and say, do you have a beard?????  I just cry and walk away. I lie and say oh its dirt or ink ( I was reading the news paper. )  I feel your pain sweetheart. Hopefully soon they will come up with something.

HI - I would recommend you looking into laser hair removal.  I have started sessions on my face and my results have been amazing!  My hair is dark and coarse and this combination tends to have the best results.  Don't knowe where you're located, but I recommend Laser Nurse for those in the New York
City area.  Good luck!

Have you looked into laser hair removal?? It works well for a lot of people.
You could also try tweezing, it takes a long time, but it does pretty good.

The best advise is to seek the help of a herbalist. There are many plants that help with different things in our body.

Give it a try it just might help,
