Polycystic Ovaries

Dear Doctors.

I am 28 years of Age now. I got married at 21 years. Immediately after my marriage, my period started becoming irregular. I was getting periods after 35 to 40 days. That too, the flow of the periods was not good at all.

After a year I started having clomid so that I can conceive but I did not.

Then after 3 years of marriage I visited a Gynocologist who is one of the best. Immediately he did a leproscopy to remove the cysts that I had.

Immediately, my periods flow were regular, But I still never became pregnant.

After 9 months, he injected and gave me a shot of the drug. I did conceive but the foetus never grew. I had to get a DNC Done.

3 months after the DNC, the periods have again become irregular and the gyno suspects that I have re-developed the cysts again.

I am really getting frustrated that Its been 6 years of my marriage and I am not getting babies at all.

Please assist me.

Thanks,

You are talking of second opinion. Who is the best doctor in India in these issues?

Please advise.

Presently I have delayed my periods by 17 days! can you imagine. I did a home pregnancy test and its negative.

Hi,
I can understand your problem. The treatment for infertility can become prolonged over several months and even years. This can be quite frustrating. Also now you have had a miscarriage, but you need to keep your cool and follow the prescribed treatment. A second opinion can be sought from an infertility expert. Hope this helps.
Take care and good luck.
