Doctor am not sexually active, got a USG 10 days back, it says that ovaries are polycystic, just before the USG I was having too much pressure on my bladder and was made to wait like that for another 30 minutes. Since that day I am feeling pressure on my bladder. Today got a urine test, suspecting urinary infection. The report says "epithelial 1-2hpf, albumin-nil, sugar-nil" please help me out, I will be out of the town for next days,so can't see a doctor. So please help.

Hi,
Since you have missed your periods, the first thing that needs to be done is to do a home pregnancy test. The delayed period can also be because of PCOS. For other symptoms of bladder pain and low back pain it is necessary to rule out urinary infection and pelvic infection. Consult a gynaecologist for an examination.
Hope this helps.
