Hi
Just read your report and as a PSOS sufferer and comparing it to my scans, it doesnt seem they have seen any evidence of cysts on your ovaries and they are within normal measurements, they noted you uterus is tipped but that is normal the only thing they found was a thickened lining to your womb but depending on when in your cycle you were scanned that to can be normal. All in all if you have had PCOS this is a very reassuring scan.

I know from MY 6 ultrasounds I have a uterine polyp... mine is 9 mm thick, yours would be almost twice as large as mine. I suggest you get to a OBGYN who can do a procedure called a colposcopy. This is where they go into your uterues through the cervix and scape off skin to do a biopsy. I can tell you if you are in the US, they WILL try to put you in a surgery center, knock you out etc to do this. I live in Canada, they save money here. ( I lived in US most of my life) Anyhow, I had mine done and it WAS SUPER painful, I would imagine it is what having a baby feels like, but it is only for a moment while they scrape the surface. Once they are done there is NO pain. I would get the testy ASAP. Once they get the material they do a biopsy to chack for cancer. If it isn't cancer, like mine was, you DO have options.
I do not know all of them yet, as I WANT to preserve ANY CHANCE I have of getting pregnant, I did not take the options. But she said I could get a new IUD they have out which keeps the utereus to a thinner level. Or getting on the pill... I will not know more for a while as I have to see a fertility specialist to find out my options. Mind you, I have PCOS, and a previous HPV (genital warts) issue, so my recommendations may be different from what they would tell you. But I am happy to let you know what they tell me.
